• Design, ideate and hone all Programs and Partnerships based on the goals the Client

  • Direct the execution of creative for all platforms including: print, digital, broadcast, live and social.

  • Conduct a thorough but efficient 360-degree survey of goals and targets

  • Develop the appropriate timeline for each phase of the program


  • Migrate the 360-degree survey of goals into an actionable plan

  • Synthesize the stakeholders targets with the creative plan

  • Oversight of the implementation of each degree of production


  • Maintain continual communication with all stakeholders on the progress of the program(s)

  • Implement both hard and soft measurement tactics to capture efficacy of the plan

  • Produce a Monitor Report and End of Program Report along with Recommended Next Steps
